Standard Delivery
Standard delivery takes place during office hours only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Deliveries are not made after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery address.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide your delivery address within South Africa. Based on your postal code, available delivery options will be displayed.
For standard delivery, your parcel will be sent directly to the delivery address you provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Orders below R1500 will incur a R120 shipping fee.
Orders over R1500 (after discounts are applied) qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your delivery address, postal code, and the selected delivery option.
Standard delivery is guaranteed within 7 working days.
If we do not meet this guaranteed timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund of the delivery fee.

Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
The Makeup Hub Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the terms below. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are granted at the discretion of The Makeup Hub.

1. Return Eligibility
Unopened, Undamaged & Resalable Products
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for a 100% refund (less the admin fee) if approved within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for exchange (same or lower value product) within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase (same or lower value).
Refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Gift Cards.
Sale/clearance items.
Neglected, damaged, or misused products not deemed resalable.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Partial Refunds / Limited Cases
Only partial refunds or exchanges may be granted if:
Items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items are returned more than 60 days after delivery.

6. Shipping & Courier Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If The Makeup Hub is at fault (wrong or defective item), we will cover pickup and return delivery costs.
Shipping/delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

7. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

8. Refunds
All refunds are subject to a R120 admin fee (or 10% of order value, whichever is greater).
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank/credit card provider.

9. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds will not be processed if products are not returned in original protective packaging, properly sealed, and in resalable condition.
Failure to follow the return instructions may delay or void your refund eligibility.
